Back after some stressful days...😅so I thought why not I write about the kinds of stress college students face. The pandemic has definitely changed a lot of the practices we had, like attending full-time college, exam times, activities in college, evening hangouts with friends, hostel life, and the list goes on...literally, missing some of the happy days in life. Lockdown has definitely played its role in some serious things going on our head, we are so worried, despite our guardians constantly telling us not to. Some of the problems we face are, will we ever get out this lockdown thing, will I ever be able to sit in my class with my friends and classmates, how effective online classes can be?!!!! Even the new changes in the method of teaching and exams have caused considerable stress levels. Thanks to the professors who are trying to work things out considering the situation. During times like this, it is always best to speak it all out. Like, let people know that you feel uncomfortable. Sometimes, a small gesture from people can create considerable ripples in our lives. Most importantly, we should all try to analyze our relationships with people, it's always better to cherish the good things and remove the toxic ones. A little grooming for the situation can be helpful. Small little efforts to reduce overthinking and having control over your temper will also do. Only what's healthy for us will happen. So, stay happy, don't lose hope, and stay safe😊.
